Taking a break from the Fly Fishing we decided to share our popular Pumpkin Bread Recipe.

North Fork Ranch's Famous Pumpkin Bread

2 3/4 cups sugar        1 cup oil
2 eggs             2 cups pumpkin
3 1/2 cups flour          1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda        1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg          1 Tbsp. cinnamon

Cream sugar, oil, eggs.  Add pumpkin and stir.  Sift rest of ingredients together and stir.  Grease and flour loaf pans. 
Bake one hour at 350 degrees F.  (Don't let the batter sit long before baking.)  Makes 3 loaves.
