• Deposits refunded up to 90 days prior to reservation.
• No deposit refund within 90 days of reservation.
• Reservations made within one month of arrival:
• 50% non-refundable deposit of lodging stay.
• Shown pricing does not include:
• 3.9% Sales Tax & 18% service charge
